Tom, what a nice find! This threw me for a loop because I tried keying using the eastern Canadian key

and it wasn't making much sense. So I pulled up Whitworth's paper
(

and found it is Bellardia bayeri, an introduced species. The locality records for this species in

)
are Strafford Co, NH and Middlesex Co, MA, so apparently established in your area.
Bellardia are the only viviparous blowflies in North America and are believed to be earthworm parasites.
