I know the site, and I have spent some time in the field with Allen and Jim over the past 2 seasons. These photos are from a dragonfly field trip last year, so this bug was well documented. This is a member of an isolated population of G. septima found along the Delaware River and may eventually prove to be a separate species (in which case I will make another page request!)
