Pheloconus cribricollis
I'm pretty sure this is Pheloconus cribricollis. Look at 471713 and 471714 and look at the size of the pronotal punctures. They are much smaller in these true C. texanus which I only know from the Brownsville area. Also, P. cribricollis do not have a femoral tooth which is present in C. texanus although not very large.

 
yes, very similar but FWIW the leg and ant. color don't match...
also, FWIW Pheloconus cribricollis isn't on Ed's e. TX list...
