The second photo helps
Between the location, the shape of the markings, and the large amount of orange on the underside, it fits
P. polyxenes coloro
better. Since this morning I looked a lot of photos of
coloro
, and the shape of the black pupil in the eye spot varies, and several that I looked at have a spot identical to the one shown in your photo.

Did you take any more photos,
perhaps one showing the body and or underside of the wings? The location argues for it being
Papilio polyxenes coloro
, but the eye spot on the hind wing looks more typical for
Papilio [machaon] bairdii
. Just from this photo it's hard to be absolutely certain which one it is.
