furrow spider spider (brown marked) - Larinioides patagiatus

furrow spider spider (brown marked) - Larinioides patagiatus
Greater City of Sudbury, Fairbank Lake, Ontario, Canada
October 9, 2012
Size: approx 5mm
I saw two spiders that to an untrained eye like mine looked to have almost the same markings. This one is brown and transparent/glossy (the other had a lighter, creamy coloured abdomen). Wondering if they are the same?

Moved to Larinioides patagiatus
Moved from ID Request. Yes, both are Larinioides patagiatus.
