Brown Widow?
I went back outside and tried to get some photos without disturbing this guy... but I wanted to see if it had an hourglass on it's belly, because I did some searching and it sort of looks like a Brown Widow with the legs, but the body looks different than any of the other images on this site for the Brown Widow. In the third photo I took, you can see half of the hourglass. It is orange.

It's a beautiful spider.
