Leptoglossus nymph

Leptoglossus nymph
Affton, St. Louis County, Missouri, USA
October 12, 2012
Size: 14 mm
It had a coppery iridescent sheen the camera couldn't capture - really a beautiful bug. Just wondering if we can ID species at this stage. Thanks!

Coreid nymph…
It is difficult to separate these nymphs out correctly to genus. This one could wind up being Leptoglossus, but only time will tell. Keep an eye on it if you like, and if it survives to adulthood, snap a shot of it and repost it here with these other images.
