Otiocerus wolfei
The "black line on the face" is indeed present - it's that tiny black mark near the tip of the head at the end of the red head stripe.

You may be right.
The one photo of
O. wolfei
is not close enough to compare the smaller details but the wing pattern seems to be more similar. I don't see any black line on the face though which does suggest
amyotii
.
