Size: approx 1cm
this one seemed to be a worm as it was creeping up the wall very slowly, are those misc. other body parts of other insects attached to it?

My best guess...
Looks very similar to bagworm caterpillars we get in Saskatchewan. Bagworms on Bug Guide
