Small Ants on grass - Brachymyrmex depilis

Small Ants on grass - Brachymyrmex depilis
Atco, Camden County, New Jersey, USA
October 24, 2012
Size: 2-3mm?
I'm not sure if this small image is IDable or not but...
Found going up and down on short grass.
Brown winged ones and tan wingless ones.

Moved
Moved from Ants.

Check your measurement
Please check your measurement carefully against a millimeter ruler. 2-3mm puts these in the range of a Lasius, but as best I can see them, these look more like the smaller (1.2-1.6mm) Brachymyrmex depilis. Any other pictures that might show antennal segmentation would also help.
