Definitely a second recurrent vein, so Braconidae can be ruled out. Venation does seem to align well with Orthocentrinae, so that very well may be the case.

I should have paid more attention to the form of the metasoma, which is familiar in ichneumonids but not any braconids I am aware of. But the apparent transparency of the stigma had me baffled. Don't like the background and prefer to see more pixels if possible. Maybe Orthocentrinae.

Hmm
Head looks a bit alysiine, though maybe not enough, but I'm supposing it is some sort of braconid.
