I haven't the slightest clue as to what these are. I'm sure one is male and the other is female based on the fact that they are mating...haha. Would one of you bug people know what they are?

Thank you for the comment of my photo...and thanks for the ID. You were correct and after looking at your comment, I googled it for more information and find that they are also called mosquito hawks.
