Have a look at Lapposyrphus lapponicus...
And it is within range:

Could be Scaeva, but I'm leaning towards Eupeodes, though I am a bit rusty at this point. Study both, paying attention to the stripes and particularly the round part at the ends, and I'll bet you can make a determination. (One is more sharply defined than the other, but I can't recall which is which.)

 
Eupeodes volucris or Scaeva pyrastri???
They look so similar! And both are way out of range, S. pyrastri looks better to me.
