I'm going to take a shot at this one.
After looking through the key to Boreus females in this PDF, I'd say it keys out to B. elegans. Perhaps I could get a second opinion?

On second thought...
After locating images online of Boreus elegans from the Beaty Biodiversity Museum of the University of British Columbia (1, 2, 3), I'm having doubts. B. elegans is supposed to be reddish brown, very large, occurs primarily in December and is only recorded from along the coast.

I wonder if this might be B. nix (1, 2, 3), which also has pronotal bristles, and is a close relative of B. brumalis. The dark coloration and whitish pilosity is a better fit for that, and there is a record in BC just north of this. I suppose the pilosity is pretty long.
