IDed as Bibarrambla allenella on BAMONA. There is some question as to the ID of this moth.

Terry Harrison does agree E. scabella is likely saying, "... the forewing spots do line up perfectly with those of the holotype of E. scabella shown in Ron's "MONA" fascicle."
