Size: 2mm

Distigmoptera impennata Blake
Moved from Distigmoptera. ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Tom, a new genus for me.

Small size (~ 2 mm), shape of antenomeres, and apparently reduced wings suggests this species.
