Black Bug (Hemiptera) - Alydus eurinus

Black Bug (Hemiptera) - Alydus eurinus
Springfield, Virginia, USA

I'm guessing broad-headed bug (Alydus sp.). Anybody know?

Moved
This is Alydus eurinus.

Alydus looks correct to me
Looks like Alydus to me. As always, I am prepared to be corrected.

Thanks, Patrick
When I first saw it on my lawn, I thought it was just a field cricket of which there are hundreds around my house. I'm glad I gave it a second look.
