This tiny moth had a very peculiar stance, and is very similar to this one:

I only saw it because it was at eye-level.

Family Gracillariidae
Looks like family Gracillariidae, Leaf Blotch Miner Moths.
Cranshaw, pp. 214-215 (1), has some photos of genus Caloptilia, none match yours exactly, but genus is perhaps the same. Covell, pp.446-448 (2) has several illustrations, hard to tell if any are yours.
