Although it looks like A. bivittata, and that species was recorded from AZ in the last revision, still I doubt that it is the same. The wings are much less broad, and the range (southern AZ) is unlikely to be a disjunct population of the eastern species that is otherwise not known west of the Rockies.
Can you find nymphs, or get a specimen for barcoding?

I donated this specimen to the U of A collections, but at that time there was a lot of disruption due to getting ready for a big new set up for the collection.
I was wondering if it could be A. fasciata?
