Found at night on the surface of a rotten log. I've never seen this before looks like a firebrat.

...Bristletails (Microcoryphia) but you will have to wait on one of the experts to get any better than that.

Here is an example of Trigoniophthalmus alternatus but yours is likely a different species.

 
Trigoniophthalmus alternatus?
I think it is Trigoniophthalmus alternatus because the antennal flagellum does appear to be scaled (although it is hard to be certain from this image) and the scale pattern on the body matches other examples of this species.
