Scoliid Wasp - Scolia nobilitata

Found on butterfly bush. From browsing BugGuide, this looks like it might be a Scoliid wasp. (1) But I'd appreciate input from an authority.

It's definitely a scoliid, but I don't know enough about them to say which genus. NIce photo, by the way.
