Coelopa
Coelopa are pretty distinctive. And I've seen them from time to time quite a distance inland from the usual beach habitats.

Sure looks like it but it seems odd that it would be working the flowers 400 meters from the nearest shore line. Or is that not unusual? I looked at examples in other closely related groups and nothing else seemed to stand out.
