Based on Andy's comment, this new location is sort of a tradeoff between the specific (Philaenus spumarius) and the general (the former Homoptera).

Philaenus spumarius?

Beautiful illustration. Do you want this to go in the guide for the species Philaenus spumarius? Right now it is just placed at the level of Homoptera.

It may be helpful to users to leave it where it is, at least for now. Lots of people aren't sure what is a spittle bug, and think that these color patterns MUST be something new!
