Kyron has guessed the right subfamily and there's no possible way to go further.

Dwarf Spider (Erigoninae)
I think ... I haven't even begun to learn these yet. One of the others can hopefully narrow it down.

Edit: Or a Linyphiinae. Commented too quick and changed my mind. Is there any easy way to tell them apart when they look like this? Longer legs, fuller abdomen?

 
Linyphiinae
Rod told me that no dwarf spider has multiple spines on tibia IV, so this one would be in Linyphiinae. That's about all I know to go on in separating the subfamilies by appearance.
