if i am not mistaken this would be Episyron biguttatus. i do not much like using the flash, however, as it was almost 7:30pm and went to 8 it was flash or nothing. again, i apologize for the number of photos, but i quite liked the series.

I think this is the wasp that stung my dad. Someone pl ease help, what should we do????!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!!?(insert large amount of ! and ? here)

are not mistaken, this is E. biguttatus. It would be very interesting to find out exactly what species of spider that is, it could be a new prey record (although the family is a given).

It is clearly and Aranid. Which is the main group listed for this wasp. And it may be a Neoscona species.
