I've seen this before with bugs -
it reminds me of teenage kids babysitting their young siblings. See below:

Leptoglossus
L. phyllopus (below) looks just like this - I'm not sure if any other spp. do too. Keep an eye on them and you'll probably see an adult for confirmation - they don't move far.

I'm moving this to Leptoglossus for now
- if you get a chance to go back and look for an adult, I'll be interested to know if it's L. phyllopus too.
