Okay, thanks... Ive never see
Okay, thanks... Ive never seen a spider like this. The way the abdomen is at a strange angle to the cephalothorax, the silver, orange, and green... It looks like its toxic as all get out. Like I said, Ive never seen this before and I found her (i assume) in my backyard. It kind of freaked me out.

The page you cited doesnt say if its harmful to me or not. I'll steer clear anyway and just look, but it would be nice to know if I should be concerned.

Not harmful
unless you're a small flying creature that might get caught in this web. There are very few spiders with venom that is potentially dangerous to humans, and none of them are orbweavers, so if you see an elaborate roundish web, you're definitely safe.
