Spider - Enoplognatha ovata

Spider - Enoplognatha ovata
Logy Bay, Northeast Avalon, Newfoundland/Labrador, Canada
August 25, 2006
Size: Approx 8mm body length
I was going to guess some type of orb weaver of the female sex but I'm probably wrong on both counts. I couldn't find an orb weaver that looked like this individual. Can anyone help?
