Based on the carapace and the location, I'd say Hexura picea (though a ventral view would have made me more certain). Microhexura isn't known from the Willapa Hills, is smaller, has the front of the carapace more rounded and the pit differently shaped. Family is Mecicobothriidae, genus new to the guide (surprising considering how common it is, I just bottled up a series of over 40 specimens from a pitfall sample).

Size?
What does the size measurement include? Microhexura idahoana is the only Microhexura on the WA checklist, but Gertsch & Platnick give the body length as being between 2.92 and 5.62mm. There's also Hexura picea with a length of around 8.5mm (Coyle, 1981).

I don't know mygalomorphs well yet, hopefully one of the experts will be able to tell you more about this.
