the Potato Aphid?

the Potato Aphid?
In Westwood - elevation 5100ft, Lassen County, California, USA
October 3, 2012
Size: 3mm
Probably species Macrosiphum euphorbiae - the Potato Aphid - see here: (1); but would first appreciate confirmation or otherwise - thanks!

There were a few of these pink aphids on a potted tomato plant in the yard.

the Potato Aphid? the Potato Aphid?

Thank you Natalie!
I suppose this aphid could be one or the other, so I have moved it to the tribe level for now.

Moved from Aphids.

Possibly!
I'm wondering if it isn't Aulacorthum solani though. I've found the pink forms on tomato before and I seem to remember they looked very similar. Identifying aphids with wings from images is tough, but nymphs are even harder!
