Coppery butterfly - Staphylus hayhurstii

Size: 48mm
Is it possible to identify this butterfly from this photo (the only one I have)? It doesn't show up in the photo, but the butterfly's wings had a strong copper color. Also, the butterfly looked darker in flight. Thank you for your help.

Erynnis
This is one of the Duskywings, genus Erynnis, which are a type of Skipper. They are extremely hard to identify in most cases. Your's is very worn which further complicates things. If I had to take a guess I would say Horace's Duskywing.
