Coppery butterfly - Staphylus hayhurstii

Size: 48mm
Is it possible to identify this butterfly from this photo (the only one I have)? It doesn't show up in the photo, but the butterfly's wings had a strong copper color. Also, the butterfly looked darker in flight. Thank you for your help.

the comments regarding this image being moved here and there. I was learning how to move images and didn't notice that Tony had already moved this one. Image is now where it belongs on the Hayhurst's Scallopwing page, where Tony earlier moved it. Sorry about this. The good news is that I now know how to move my images. :-)

Erynnis
This is one of the Duskywings, genus Erynnis, which are a type of Skipper. They are extremely hard to identify in most cases. Your's is very worn which further complicates things. If I had to take a guess I would say Horace's Duskywing.
