Perhaps a Lesser Vagabond (5399) because of the diffuse smudging between the veins?

I find these Crambids to be among the most confusing moths to attempt to identify. That being said, I would agree with your suggestion.

 
Confusion
That's why I prefer written descriptions where several are similar. That's not to say some images are incorrectly placed :)
