definitely M. bimaculata
This is a Melissodes (Melissodes) bimaculata (Lep.) female

Melissodes female.
This is probably Melissodes bimaculatus, and a female. The contrastingly pale scopa ("pollen basket")on the hind legs is typical.

 
Female M. bimaculata?
I dont see the white "tail lights". Sigh--
