Immature striatus? Possibly conspecific with
this one
, but this one seems more convincing as striatus...
Found on snow in a wetland 20 feet from a stream.

. That looks good to me too, though I haven't seen all of these as juveniles. If you keep your eye on the population it will be nice to see more pics as they mature.
