winter Caddisfly - Frenesia

Size: ~10mm
found on the snow, but this fellow was barely alive, capable of only small, slow movements. This was day 3 of a major warm-spell, with temperatures at the time of discovery at 42 F. After browsing the guide, looks like Frenesia sp.
