Females of the genus Laelius, Bethylidae
Unfortunately, I cannot see the diagnostic characters of this wasps, but I can identify them as a species of the genus Laelius by seta-like hairs on forewings and head.

Bethylid…
Although most of the antennae has been lost in this individual, it is a bethylid. They are parasitic wasps that are associated with stored product beetles such as you might find in a box of cereal.
