Eutrichota?
Possibly Eutrichota affinis, associated with rodent burrows. I need to figure out what the diagnostic characters are for the genus under current classification. If it is a Eutrichota it is at least near affinis. Did you get a look at the color pattern on the bottom of the scutellum? It might be dark, yellow, or with a yellow stripe.


 
These three views
are pretty much all I have. I could add closer crops, but I don't have any better views of the area concealed by the wings.
