Neurocolpus nubilus (Say)...
Took a quick look through the guide, looks a lot the the pictures of Neurocolpus sp. Ross H. Arnett Jr.'s "American Insects" says that N. nubilis, the Clouded Plant Bug, has flattened hairs on the first antennal segment, is bright reddish-tan to yellowish-brown, and the front wings have very small yellow spots. This seems to fit the picture, and it is found in your area.
