Copromyzinae
Wing veins nearly complete except CuA1 not quite reaching wing margin indicates Copromyzinae. Since we have some experts in the family on BugGuide and I don't have an up-to-date key I won't try to figure out the genus.

Lotophila atra
This specimen keys out to Lotophila very well in the Manual of Nearctic Diptera, and there's only one species described: L. atra
