Size: 10-13mm
Numbers of these (Acmaeodera rubronotata) single and mating on various composits blooming on the peak along with A. amplicollis.

Another great photo!
Great photo of this species, Bob. You guys out west get all the good Acmaeodera. There is only 4 here in the east that you can actually come across. There is two in FL but they are on the keys and not common.
