September 3, 2007: Collected by R Healy on Clitocybe odora.
September 6, 2007: Added another fungi
September 7, 2007: Larva wrapped along stipe of fungi with debris surrounding it, pupated attached to the stipe
July 10, 2008: very dead in pupa
