I'm reconsidering...
at that size it must be a male Metylophorus novascotiae! The pterostigma is rather distinctive in the male of this species. It is very pointed toward to posterior angle.

Could be...
The small abdomen might indicate this is a male. If it is campestris, the posterior end of the phallosome should be visible in a dissecting microscope. It is quite distinctive. The lack of pigment spots on the forewing look right for this species.
