Neoconocephalus caudellianus
Caudell's Conhead I think. Found throughout the south east. Thank you, these pictures are exactly what is needed to ID them.

Range
According to the field guide Grasshoppers, Katydids, and Crickets of the US, Palm Beach Co. is much farther south in FL than the range of this ID. It may in fact be your ID. Lighting from the photo of the cone is difficult to see at least for me to try to confim ID.

Broad Tipped
I guess it could be Broad-tipped Conehead, but the shape doesn't look right to me. Over the past few weeks this website has really had alot of out of range Orthoptera.
