Moved
Moved from Kukulcania.

Looks
like Southern House Spider (Kukulcania hibernalis).

At
least a Kukulcania. Very likely a different species.

NEAT
i have Kukus liveing in my house! ive kept hibernalis as pets in the past, neat spiders. this is not hibernalis she was prety much adult size here.

Check
out this image. I collected this species under rocks off Sunny Hill in Lafayette. I bet it's the same species as yours. The adult male was only BL 6mm, and unique in being heavily spined on it's legs.
