Nebraska Conehead
This is a Nebraska Conehead (Neoconocephalus nebrascensis). The large amount of black, along with the shape of the cone make it this species. Nebraska Coneheads are fairly common in West Virginia and the surrounding area. Thank you for sharing your pictures.
