Eastern Comma?
A little late to comment but this looks more like the summer eastern commas I see than a gray comma. The extensive black on the hindwing is more consistent with eastern comma according to Glassberg. Kaufman says the hindwing margin on a gray does not get darker outward. This one appears to get darker outward.

The markings on the forewing also match what I've photographed for easterns in MN and WI. I'm still learning, though. This is just what I'm reading and what I've experienced. The best way I tell them apart is below, but they don't always give me that opportunity.
