or Halysidota tessellaris?
See comments here and here as well as the discusion here. It seems to me that this should be placed in genus. I'm not an expert and there seems to be more than one opinion on this.

You are located within the ra
You are located within the range for both Halysidota harrisii and H. tessellaris and it is impossible to ID the adults without dissection or DNA analysis so I'm moving this to the genus page.
