Echmepteryx madagascariensis
Nice find from the deep deep south. This is an unusual species called Echmepteryx madagascariensis; Family Lepidopsocidae. As the name may suggest it is found widely throughout the tropics but in the US it is only known to southern Florida. It can be quickly ID by the long narrow scale covered wings and the brown line running down it's length.

Thanks for the ID! That is really interesting. I will make a guide page.

Psocoptera
Yes, it is a Psocoptera, but I don't really know the taxonomy of the ordre, so I can't help to identify it.
