I found a couple of these small caterpillars hanging out on my rose of sharon, along with the ants and aphids infesting it.

that prey on aphids.

Fascinating!
Beautiful flies and beautiful maggots! Who knew there could be such things. =) I thought maggots were only gross little white wiggly things with no legs. Thanks for the education!
