Little arachnid on this other fuzzy thing. Is it a spider? and what kind?

Molt
Your spider appears to only be a molt of a spider. As to the fuzzy thing, I have no idea - hopefully someone will answer!

 
If the fuzzy thing was moving on the leaf
it is maybe a lacewing larva. Check images in the guide here
